Description
A triumph of Bengali confectionery. These are light-as-air dumplings made from fresh cottage cheese (chenna). They are kneaded until smooth and boiled in a light sugar syrup until they double in size and become delightfully spongy.

Ingredients: Milk Solids (Chenna), Sugar, Water, Rose Essence.

Eating & Care: Serve chilled. When eating, you can gently squeeze out some syrup if you prefer it less sweet. Always keep them submerged in their syrup to prevent them from drying out.
