Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of dairy and perishable products, Kurinjidairy Farm follows a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, spoiled, or leaking

• Incorrect product delivered

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially consumed products

• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

• Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
