Description
The quintessential Indian dessert. These soft, spongy balls are made from khoya (milk solids) and a hint of flour, deep-fried in ghee until they reach a deep mahogany color, then soaked in a rose and cardamom-scented syrup.

Ingredients: Khoya (Reduced Milk), All-purpose Flour, Ghee, Sugar, Cardamom, Rose Water.

Eating & Care: Best served warm. Microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them extra soft. Store leftovers in the refrigerator but always bring to room temperature or warm before eating.
